After purchasing the BYOB service, we will send you an email that contains the shipping address to send your order.

When we've received your bundles, we'll contact you again, so you know your hair has arrived to us safely. We will also provide your tentative ship day at this time!

Within 5-7 business days, you wig will be created and shipped to you FREE via UPS! 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your BYOB wig order to ship. If you need your unit for a special event, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Due to nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you have ordered the wrong product or received a defective item please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you with an exchange.

1st buyer and don’t regret it

I don’t do hair, so this was perfect for my leftover bundles. She does great communication she let me know when the bundles were received when she got finished with it it was a little delay she communicated that with me. She answered any other questions I had after the fact, that’s why I sent her two more weeks to do for me. You won’t regret it.
